Gets hit quickly Light weight Not sure about longevity
Great Price! The product is phenomenal my stylist recommended this flat iron. I'm glad I checked with Walmart instead of Amazon.
I paid the full $199 for this item at my stylist's salon and for the full seven years that it worked, it was worth every penny. At about year six, it started to no longer fully heat up but I limped along because knew that I'd probably have to come up with $199 or more again. When I finally decided I had to replace "old faithful," I learned my salon no longer carried this brand. My stylist thought it was more about the owner liking to try new products than anything wrong with the Solano brand. I showed her this item and she thought that it was worth the gamble because the price was so amazingly low. This product is identical to the one I bought in 2013. I felt like I won the lottery, getting a product I knew was high quality at about one third the price. Please let Solano continue making this product at the same level of quality!
