Sony - 43" class X85J 4K UHD Smart Google TV

As the title suggests. I have nothing to complain about. The tv is so smart it almost knows what I'm thinking. It make setup insanely easy.

We are very happy with our new Sony Bravia TV. Our old TV had a poor picture quality. It is refreshing to see color which is vivid sometimes I feel like I am in the scene. As always Sony has met our expectations.

I bought the Sony X85J a month ago! Due to my Bose Sound Bar NOT HAVING THE PROPER CONNECTION, the X85J could NOT CONTROL the Bose Sound Bar (turn it On/Off and Adjust the Volume). After purchasing the Sony HT-S200F Sound Bar and installing a HDMI/ARC connection using a 4K HDMI Cable, ALL IS WORKING PROPERLY!

I love how easy the tv is to use. My kids, grandma… Everyone can use it with ease. The picture is great. Love that it has chrome cast already built in. It's easy to connect our Oculus to the tv. Only fault I found was one corner was bowed out, the other side was seamless.

Positives first: when broadcast is 4k, pic is superb; Sound is amazing Negatives: Non 4k content is absolutely dismal. My old 720P has a better picture. I have talked to Sony tech support, they have gained access to the tv remotely, we have performed a factory reset, and the picture is still incredibly horrific. I told tech support I could send them a picture of a the screen quality, but no, they don't want to see a real pic because then they would have no choice but to replace the tv. I cant attach pics because the tv shows are copyrighted, so I dont want to get in trouble there. But there is major pixelization going on in the background and there is obviously a problem that Sony didn't want to deal with.. Would have given a 0 star rating if available.
