Sony 512MB Digital Voice Recorder with LCD Display, Silver, ICD-B600

I used my recorder at a general meeting held outside. It picked up the voices clearly. The small size was handy in a limited space.

I bought this small recorder so I could record ideas for music (song writing) - it is easy to use - esp. when you wake up at night or early in the morning with a new song idea.

I would not purchase this product again because it does not offer a way to take the recording to your computer.

Recording quality is good but you can't transfer files to a pc. As a graduate student that made this recorder worthless....wish I would have spent the extra 10 bucks.....

This product (sony Sony 512MB Digital Voice Recorder, ICD-B600 ) went way beyond what I needed in a recorder. I love the stop-start pause it has . I was also impressed with the way I can divide my recordings. I can also put them in different folders for different task I have going on . I really love the storage space this slim digital recorder offers. This ranks very high for sound, memory, easy to use and best of all the price.
