I would give it negative if i could...Purchased and it worked fine until we bought a newer game. It would not work. After trouble shooting with Sony we were advised that this unit was made for China not the US. So far we have gotten no where wiht the 3rd party. We would like a replacement and at the very least this 3rd party should not be allowed to seel through walmart

We were sold a ps4 from a D-1 supplier with the bbb.the ps4 does not play dvd because of wrong region. My disabled son purchased with his own money. Walmart will not refund or replace. He lives in another state so it hard to get the there before 15 day policy.

I was very displeased. My instructions were not in English. The power cord had long round prongs. Not even compatible with any outlet in my home. If I had known Walmart.com ordered through a third party I would never have ordered from you. I am very upset. Returned PlayStation to my Walmart store for a refund and was told I would have to wait and get my refund from market place. Seriously. This is crap
