Sony PlayStation Vita - Borderlands 2 Limited Edition Bundle - handheld game console

Vita works great; nice graphics, purchased 2 for my grandchildren but the Borderlands download code was not recognized on either. Had to call tech support and they needed me to attach an email pic of receipt, the card with code numbers and the front and back of the packages under 5 MB, couldn't get that done so I'm still at it.

Works wonders looks amazing for a HAND HELD. Dont let any discourage you by saying it doesnt look like the ps3 or ps4. For the price and the technology available its a great unit. Has a small selection of games for vita but you can play ps1 and psp games on this unit. My biggest complaint is the price of the storage unit. I paid 20 dollars for a 8gb and thats was sale price. You will need another memory card because the one zhipped with this unit can really only hold boarder lands 2.

I saw on Reddit that the Borderlands 2 bundle was 99,99$ at stores near me, so I had to drive to the ony one that had 2 left. Bought them and gave one to my roomate. Really good console, feels lighter thant the 1000 model. 1gb of internal memory is better than nothing but that 8gb memory card barely holds Borderlands 2 and all it<s patches/dlc. Better buy a cheap 16gb.

My son loves it. However, be aware that if you want to have more memory you have to by a Sony SD card as it will not accept a regular one. I've heard that you can get around that but you will be risking the integrity of the PS Vita. It does not come cheap either. You can buy the games online at the Playstation store and they are priced very reasonable if you don't want to buy the physical game. Also it may be worth buying the grip for the Vita because it handles better per my son. Had an issue with the buttons not working after a day of having it. It would work on the home menu but not when he was playing the game. Tried all the suggestions and none worked. Had to return and get another one. No problems so far. Later, heard the button issue may be a software/hardware problem? Also they have a portable charger that you can buy, but that didn't work out for us. The Vita didn't hold the charge like they said it would. Think we had a defective charger because it said that if the charger didn't charge it was defective. Needless to say after the first charge of the charger, wouldn't charge after that. Maybe later we will attempt to get another portable charger. You will have to buy the cord to attach to the portable charger because if you have the Vita 2000/Slim, the cords that come with it will not charge the portable charger even though they say to use the cords that came with the Vita. Other than that he loves it!

Although I am not a huge fan of Borderlands, I got this package for other reasons. The remote play feature using my PS4 is very nice. Now I don't have to be upstairs in order to play some of my PS4 games.
