SoundBub™ - Ollie the Owl

I received the SoundBub by WavHello, portable rechargeable White Noise Machine and Bluetooth Speaker Baby Sleep Sound Soother, (Ollie the Owl in grey) for free through the Walmart Spark Review Program. As a grandmother of 3 (3 year old girl/boy twins and a 4 month old girl) anything I can use to help soothe my grandchildren at both nap time and bed time is a godsend. First of all the Sound Bub Comes in 3 adorable animal shapes a white bunny, a brown bear and what I chose a grey owl. This adorable little sound gadget is very multi functional. Along with being a Bluetooth speaker to play your favorite music, this cute fuzzy owl can also record and play voice messages with just a push of his belly button. (but you have to download the compatible VoiceShare mobile app - which I have not done yet - but plan to). There are also built in sounds: white noise, sounds of Malibu Beach, and Montana Rain. It features a rechargeable lithium battery (which lasts a long time - although I have not actually timed it) and comes with a micro USB charging cable (so you can plug in for overnight usage) or otherwise it only takes a short time to charge. You can choose from 30, 60 & 90 minute timers as well as the continuous play. The SoundBub has a built in clip so it is convenient to take with you on the go. I take it along camping to help block out all the unfamiliar sounds associated with the great outdoors. Great little gadget but my ONLY criticism ... you cannot hook an aux cord to it. I have an older iPod that is not Bluetooth compatible. Otherwise, I would have given it a higher rating.

My daughter loves this! Easy to use and connect via Bluetooth. The SoundBub comes with three sounds: waves, rain, and a soothing stream. You can switch from sound to sound by clicking on the owl's belly. Sound is clear and can be easily adjusted by a side dial. By switching to connect via Bluetooth, you can play music off your phone for your little one. I've played lullabies off YouTube for my daughter and she loves it. She'll just walk around carrying the SoundBub or I'll hang it off her crib. I have not had the chance to download the app that is available to record your voice and have it play through the speaker, but from the instructions, it seems easy to do. My daughter loves holding on to the speaker, and because of this, I have had to wipe it down - but this is easy to do. Overall a definite recommendation. I wish this type of speaker was around with my three older children!

This noise machine is a wonderful addition to any babies room. I use it in the nursery or even on the go in the car and car seat. Plays recordings or just white noise and you can pair it with any Bluetooth device. It's soft nice material and doesn't crack if dropped or chewed on. Excellent product

Bedtime was becoming a nightmare, trying to get the kids to settle down and be ready to sleep. This SoundBub by WavHello - portable White Noise Machine and Bluetooth Speaker is now a favorite of mine and my children! Included features: + By far my favorite feature is the Bluetooth connectivity. I can hook the SoundBub up to my phone and play a variety of music depending on the mood and activity level. I can play action songs, sleepy songs, educational songs -- even some groovy tunes for me. The SoundBub is easy to connect and does not require any app or installation hardware to work. + Great battery life. I played the SoundBub for 2 hours straight and still had battery left. I haven't yet figured out the battery limit, but I'm super impressed already. + The SoundBub includes timer settings for limited playtime (30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and continuous play). Very nice feature, especially if you're using the music to break up activities (reading time, exercise time, sleep time, etc.) + The SoundBub has two - well three - settings; white noise, off, and Bluetooth. It has a little light (white for white noise, blue for Bluetooth) to indicate which setting is currently active. + There's a volume controller for louder or softer play. + The center of the SoundBub can be pressed and change the white noise options (ocean waves, rain, or flowing water) or turn the music on and off while in Bluetooth mode. + Charger cable is included, but it also works with standard Android/Kindle plugs. + The plastic ring attached to the SoundBub does a great job propping up the speaker or securing the speaker to a variety of things. +The SoundBub is lightweight, soft, and easy to handle This is such a great tool to have, even as my baby gets older. Already my younger children love it and we basically use it every day at our house, outside, and on the go. Love it!!

This is so cool. My toddler loves this thing. You can record stories and songs to it as well as connect it to your phone, tablet or computer. It also has calming sounds to help them sleep. The baby can carry it around and listen while they play. I connect it to pandora radio through my phone on kids songs and he absolutely loves it! Great product!
