Very good to support joints and my knee pains from arthritis

Glucosamine is very helpful to my dad who is suffering from joint pain due to arthritis. It helps with the cartilage and connective tissue. My dad's improvement has been great since he started taking this product.

Though cartilage doesn't generally regrow and the physiotherapy specialists say they “don't believe in food additives”, this combo is what even they do find advisable and beneficial. Though the jar advises to take a couple a day, three or four really are the lowest meaningful dose. Also taking the lot once a day's inferior to splitting the intake to at least two halves in the morning and in the evening. These pills are quite large and easily split if one decides to take, e.g., one and a half twice a day.

I have osteoarthritis in my shoulders and knees, and I truly believe this works for me. I have less joint pain. When I take this faithfully, I can kneel and let up quicker and with less pain. I hope it's not the Placebo Effect talking, but I truly believe I have less pain and better mobility with this. I do recommend it.
