I can sleep again! Every night! If I wake up too early, another quick spray is all I need to get me back to sleep. I never want to be without this.
Great Product, 2 sprays ( love that its a spray ) and within 10 to 15 minutes I'm drowsy ! and has a nice orange taste too !
While melatonin does not always do the trick to help me sleep, this product works much better than pills or capsules. It's easy to use, has a pleasant taste, can be taken anywhere, and is quicker acting than pills.
Also helps to get back to sleep when awakened during the night.
My wife uses this product occasionally before bed and after being awaken at night and it works for her.
