This Calcium Magnesium tablet has the right ratio of calcium to magnesium for me. The tablets are a little large, but I don't have a problem getting them down. Easy on the tummy. I know Source Naturals to be a quality brand and take several of their supplements.

Good but the pills are huge and hard to swallow. I have to take it alone with no other pill. I think tablets are just harder to swallow than capsules. I do feel a benefit and I like that the formula includes magnesium and Vitamin D. Calcium needs magnesium to absorb.

I honestly think that it helped my eczema. After I have my son 3 years ago, I started to have skin issues and my skin started to break. So I thought that maybe some calcium would help, but I wanted something with high potency, so I chose this brand because it's research-based. At first it actually felt like it made everything worse, but 3 months of taking it I started to see a lot of improvement on my skin. My nails oddly aren't doing much better, but my hair is. I know it's meant for bone density, but I am not sure how to test for that. But it also helps if I am feeling nauseous, I have no idea what in the ingredients contributes to that though.

It's good brand. Quality. Ingredients are good. Packing as well
