It's a great way to decrease cortisol levels back to normal. Quality is good. Just 2-3 weeks and you definitely feel the benefits. I take usually 1-1,5gr per dose in the morning before meal. You can't hurt yourself somehow since it's fully natural. Some effects are possible, such as tingling in the limbs or shortness of breath, but this goes away after a couple of minutes. Convinient packaging, highly recommend!

this is part of my nighttime routine--30-60 minutes before bed I drink about 500 milligrams of GABA, 250 milligrams of L-theanine and 250 milligrams of magnesium. The three stir easily into lukewarm water. I drink it down and within minutes a warm wave of relaxation washes over me. An excellent way to prepare for bed.
