Formula L Southern Biscuit Mix, 52 oz

We rely on this for our biscuits! It's been hard to find in the store lately so I bought 2 to last us a while.

Great fluffy biscuits. I e never read the directions I just use buttermilk and mix it up to a thick batter.

The handling of the shipping was horrible. Both bags were busted when received a week later than promised when ordered.

This low rating is not on the product. It IS ON the person who sent out an ALREADY EXPIRED PRODUCT!! Does this WM person NOT CHECK DATES ON ITEMS SHIPPED OUT? It was ONE item, but as a boss, if it was 20 items sent, they should ALL BE DATE CHECKED. Very disappointed. I know the product is most likely fine BUT WHO WANTS TO PAY FOR EXPIRED ITEMS EVER?? Trying to bake a decent biscuit here, never have before, so at least I can blame the EXPIRED PRODUCT if these turn out to be dog snacks like all my other biscuit attempts have.

I use this for lots of things. Biscuits of course are perfect every time. Cobbler recipe on the bag is AMAZING, just sprinkle it with a little sugar a few minutes before taking it out if the oven. I use it in gravy. I make muffins to die for . It supports raw diced fruit just fine in a muffin. I use it to augment boxed cake mixes. I mix it with corn meal for amazing corn bread. Please continue to have this available. PLEASE!
