Southwire Continuity Tester For Data And Coax Cables

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had one of these tools for over a year and am very happy with it. I use this several times a month and it always works flawlessly. It is easy to use, it gives quick results and it can handle being dropped occasionally. The only thing I would change would be the ability to add more remotes to this so you can more quickly teat several cables at the same time. This is an excellent product that I think will do good for anyone that installs or troubleshoots data cables somewhat regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an ok tester. It doesn't feel the normal high quality from South Wire I would expect. The remote sensor is hard to pull out and it feels like it's going on break when pulling it out. It's very light weight and simple. There is an X light and a S light and without the manual, I wouldn't know they meant. It's crossover and shielded. I think that could have been printed on there instead of the X and S. There is no light to say the cable passes, just lights to showing all the pairs are connected. It works and gets the job done, but I feel nana few improvements could be made.
