Special K Breakfast Shake 4 ea

This product was my go to for breakfast. It even woke me up in the mornings!

I had the opportunity to try both the Vanilla Cappuccino and the Chocolate Mocha protein shake. The Vanilla Cappuccino was nice and creamy, but to me it kind of tasted like the end of a bowl of cereal when you drink the milk. I wish there was a bit more coffee flavor to it, but overall it was still good, and I would definitely drink it again!

I got this free sample to try via BzzAggent. I don't expect much, since i don't like my other protein shake before. The other taste like a bit chalky to me, but this one is actually taste better than i expect! Further more it did curb my appetite, which is rare since i do have a big appetite

I recently had the opportunity to try out Kellogg's new Vanilla Cappuccino Protein Coffee House Breakfast Shakes. These shakes are so filling that they keep you full until it is time for your next meal. The shakes are thick and creamy like a milkshake. The Vanilla Cappuccino flavor is a sweet and rich vanilla with a hint of a nutty, coffee taste. I would have liked it more if it had a little bit stronger of a coffee flavor. I loved how convenient the shake was and I was able to just grab it out of the refrigerator door as I was walking out of the back door headed to work. The bottles have a great shape and make it easy to enjoy while driving or while at your desk at work. The best part is that even though I'm not sitting down at the table for a balanced meal, I am still getting a lot of nutrients like 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber!

My husband it'd a professional truck driver. He is on the go all week long. Most of the time he lives on PBJ and coffee and oatmeal. He dislikes spending money on the road on food and many things spoil too quickly for him to take along. I sent a few of the Special K Vanilla Cappuccino which he thoroughly enjoyed as either a breakfast on the go, or a sweet pick-me-up any time of day.
