Speck - Balance Folio Tablet Case for Apple iPad 10.2" - Grounded Purple

Got a new ipad so wasn't sure what I was looking for. I really like the padfolio type stand as opposed to the tri fold, it feels more stable and just looks more professional. I get a lot of compliments for this case and it does look nice. Some things I would improve upon: the camera flap doesn't always catch the magnet when opened so it sometimes just flips back up in the middle of a picture. I would recommend either a larger magnet to hold in place, or maybe a smaller margin for the folding area, but this is not a deal breaker for me. The main issue I have is that the clasp, while tight and secure, is too tight and taking it off has caused blisters on the my finger, and it's in the exact spot i use to get the leverage to take it off. This is a major point that I would fix. Otherwise, I thought I wouldn't like the exterior spot for the pencil in case I lose my pencil cap, or just gets damaged, but hasn't been an issue so far. I don't travel much with the ipad though.

This case was purchased for a school iPad and it's great. Our family had the same type of case from Speck purchased two years ago. We had an issue with one the corner breaking off and Speck's warranty covered the replacement through an easy and quick process for replacing it.

I use my iPad mainly at home but also travel with it. The Folio case is a great fit and offers fantastic protection. The case can open up and serve as an adjustable stand for viewing. I use Speck iPhone cases, which I like, so I thought I'd try one of these. Perfect so far!

Very happy with this folio case as this was the closest to what I was looking for and provided wraparound coverage unlike most other folio covers. The Blue color is very attractive with the iPad in white. I also appreciate that it can be wiped clean very easily.

Was a little skeptical when purchasing about the color, how it would add bulk and how it would be able to stand. Very happy overall with the purchase and would recommend to anyone who needs a cover for their ipad. One of the things we love is there loads of ways in which it can stand (different angles), very well built and a great colour. Feels very premium and hopefully will last a long time. Great magnet features to hold the camera cover in place and to sleep/wake the ipad. The clip on the side is great for keeping it closed. Great ipad case!!
