It's a nice, soft toilet seat for young children. It has helped my son learn to sit on the toilet without worrying about falling in. I haven't had any trouble with the deflector, although I see some of the other reviewers have.
This is not designed for little BOYS in mind - Don't bother wasting your time and money. This design has a short shield...... I will be returning this tomorrow!!!!!!
THESE ARE NICE POTTY SEATS, BUT THE GUARD IS NOT HIGH ENOUGH FOR BOYS. THE SEATS WOULD BE GREAT FOR GIRLS BUT NOT BOYS.
My toddler loves this seat. His other one was too small (Winnie the Pooh) so we got him a slightly bigger potty seat and now he uses it.
