Spring Valley Hair, Skin & Nails Dietary Supplement, 240 Caplets

I have been taking this for about a month and even though I am only taking one pill a day rather than the recommended three, I think it has helped my nails some. Before, they were splitting and breaking off badly. I probably would see a bigger improvement if I increased my dosage. Overall, I like this product.

Seems to be thickening my hair. Since starting into menopause, the ends of some of my fingernails were changing. They were curving down in some places and they were not nicely shaped. This supplement seems to be bringing them back into their normal curve and length.

It's Jan 7 now. I've been taking these since Christmas. My nails were thin. PAPER thin. Like I could peel them away they were so thin. I use gel polish and a motorized nail filer often so the damage adds up (I'm no pro). These pills have made my nails strong. They can bend and NOT break now. They're growing slowly but surely. I haven't paid too much attention to my hair or skin bc I've not had a problem in those areas.

Wow!!! They honestly worked like magic within a few days. I loved to Florida 4 years ago and my hair has become dry and brittle with split ends. When I ran my fingers through my hair I would get quite a handful. I did have a deep conditioning with my hair color and my hair dresser cut off some of the dry ends. I started using this supplement a few days later and immediately noticed a difference. My hair is very soft, strong, and does not fall out. I started with 3, but I have an issue when taking too much vitamin D..I have dizzy spells. I now take one in the morning and one in the evening. I am hoping it will work on my fine lines eventually!!! No change in my nails either.
