I have tried a lot of fish oil and Omega 3 supplements. I always read the ingredients to make sure that they use natural sources. This one has a good amount of the EPA and DHA which is good for my arthritis and helps to better absorption. Good size soft gel that can be easily swallowed. However, I always take it with a full glass of water. There is no fishy aftertaste and no burp. I am trying this brand for a while and noticed the impact on my arthritis symptoms. I definitely recommend it.

Due to the fact that I have taken many expensive vitamins and supplements with little to no result, I am always careful about about what I take. I am happy to say that The Spring Valley Krill Oil is a supplement I will continue using.

These seem to have a great affect on the body in that they help to give me an energy boost, and they seem to help me to think a bit clearer. I tried the Spring Valley 100% Krill Oil for Heart Health Softgels, 1000 Mg, thirty count as an alternative to Spring Valley 1000 Mg of Fish Oil, which is what I usually purchase as I was able to try the Krill Oil free through the Walmart Spark Review Program. While extremely pleased with the Fish Oil supplements, they have a tendency to have a nasty aftertaste. I am thrilled to say that the Krill Oil does not have an aftertaste and as far as I can tell thus far, has the same positive affect that the Fish Oil has minus the aftertaste. While relatively large, they are very easy to swallow. I have severe GERD and have no difficulty at all swallowing the soft gel capsule. The Krill Oil supplements actually smell pretty good. They are red in color instead of the gold Fish Oil capsules. The Krill Oil supplements are also gluten free with no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, milk, soy, artificial colors or preservatives. The Krill Oil is three times more pure than regular Fish Oil. This is an amazing product and in my opinion a better alternative to the Fish Oil, if for no other reason than the fact there is no aftertaste. I recommend this product!
