Always check with your dr before taking any pills. I did. These work nice for me to help my heart. To give it the stuff it doesn't get me. I have heart issues so any help I can get helps. Haven't noticed any change physically but test results have inproved.

I have been taking this daily now for just over 2 weeks and I can say that for me, I can tell that it's beginning to make a difference in my thinking and concentration issues. It's much easier to concentrate on things without getting side tracked after a few minutes. I'll just have to wait and see. If I am getting benefits in any of the areas, it is well worth making sure I take it every day. This is a product I will be getting more of and have in my daily pill minder. Another great plus I have found is not only does it not smell, but the capsule even tastes good so there is no aftertaste. I don't know if the oil does as you don't bite them. A HUGE plus is, it's a Certified Sustainable Seafood Source and 3 times more pure than regular Krill Oil and it's also Gluten Free both of which makes me very happy and will also be safe for those that have to avoid Gluten. I really recommend this for others that have any issues with their heart, brain, eyes or joints. Just remember, for many, it can take a couple of months before you see if it's making a difference. No product will help everyone but it's well worth trying to see if it will help you as well. I am so glad I was able to test it for the Walmart Spark program because I'm not sure I would have gotten around to trying this one. Thank You Walmart!

I received this product some days ago so it is too early to give a complete review of results. It has the perfect size so for me is easy to swallow it. As any other product made of fish, when I opened the bottle the smell was not nice but it worth since this product has so many benefits for health. The best feature: this product does not have any aftertaste.

I think this is a very good supplement and would be a benefit to take regular. My husband and I have only been taken it for 2 weeks, so I don't think this is long enough to see much benefits. But I can say capsule was easy to swallow and no after taste.

The omega 3 is good for your heart, brain, eyes and joints. It is wild harvested from the Antarctic Ocean. It is certified sustainable. I like that it also contains astaxanthin that protects you from free radicals. And you only need this 1 small pill a day and it doesn't give you the after fishy taste. I recommend it to all my family and friends.
