I've been taking these for a few weeks now & have notice a bit of an improvement in my overall memory. Not to sure about how it's affecting my heart health, but I'm hoping it's making it better & keeping it healthy. The pills are a bit large, so have to be careful when swallowing them. Great that there's no fish taste.

I have taken many Spring Valley products for health benefits, and this is yet another quality product they have produced. For those that have difficulty in swallowing pills, these - to me - are very large and a bit tough to swallow. But if you have no issues with this, it's a good buy. Anything that will benefit your heart and brain is a plus. Very satisfied.

When I first saw this product I was very enthusiastic about trying it. I like the concept. I did take them as directed. Later on in the evening of the first day I did not feel well. I thought it could just be a coincidence. I continued for three more days. I just didn't feel well so I stopped taking them. That feeling did not come back since. I want to add that I do take other prescribed medication so it is possible that they just did not agree with each other.

I am always looking for different vitamins to promote heart health. Heart disease runs heavily in my family. I really like these. There's no weird after taste or any weird smells. Those tend to be complete turn offs for me with vitamins. None of that with these. Three only downfall is their size. They're pretty large...something to consider.
