Been taking this brand of vitamin c, 1,000 mg for years. Use to get sinus infections all the time. A friend suggested I start taking vitamin c 1,000 mg every day, I did, after about 3 months of taking vitamin c, no more sinus infections and very rarely do I get sick. I am 68 years old and think I was 30 years old when I started taking vitamin c.

I wish vitamin C supplements came in capsule form or were well coated as they're very hard to swallow ; but these weren't nearly as bad as the big round ones. I can barely swallow them at all. As a matter of fact I think they're a choking hazard as I have choked on them several times which is my reason for changing to the caplet shape.
