Springmaid Astoria Hotel Comforter Set

I wanted something that was classy with a simple design, that matched with everything, etc. and this was it. I was disappointed that i could not fine the coverlet that matched as the picture had but i replaced it with a cream colored one that matches the cream stripe on the comforter and it looks GREAT! overall, i think its great. Even the husband liked it!

I am very please with this product. It has taken a long time to find a comfortor that fits correctly on my king size bed. This product is not just beautiful, but also fits perfectly. The comfortor is plush, beautiful in design and makes a statement when you walk into the room. With this comfortor my master suite looks like an ad in a magazine.

I was disappointed from the second I felt the fabric of this comforter. NOT as soft as I'd expected and also thinner and not luxurious like I had hoped for. I have another comforter from their "Luxury" line and LOVE it - stick to those options, this is a disappointment and a waste of money on shipping as its going back to the store tomorrow!

This is exactly what I was looking for. I read all the reviews on this bedding before I purchased it and the positive remarks made me try this bedding. I had been searching for something simple and comfortable for both summer and winter. This bedding met all my expectations. I really love the softness and the clean lines it give. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the the time it took using the site to store option for shipping. It took about 3 weeks to get my bedding. It kept telling me things were delayed in transit. I'm not sure if it was worth saving the $24 in shipping to have to wait that long.

I purchased this item for our guest bedroom. The comforter and shams needed to be steamed to get the packing wrinkles out but that is to be expected. The stripe on the trim is not as white as the picture shows, it is more of an ivory/cream color. When my daughter came to visit, she absolutely was amazed and didn't want to leave! Hopefully she will come home more often now!
