SPT - Ultrasonic 0.6 Gal. Cool Mist Humidifier - Royal Blue

Not a bad little humidifier. Puts out a good volume, runs for about 24 hours on one fill. Slightly noisy, but not as bad as others I have had. Pretty with the nightlight on. Wish it had an auto shutoff!

I bought 2 of these for cold and flu season in our large household! I love them! The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because they are kind of touchy. *They look fabulous at night with the nightlight on (we got white humidifiers that glow blue/purple at night)! *There is a wide range of mist settings from very little mist to LOTS of mist! Adjusting is super simple. *I didn't want to lock myself into diffusing only one EO, so I put several drops in the water (not supposed to, but I clean mine often). I think you can buy replacement containers and wicks, but I'm too lazy to do that! *It makes ZERO noise while operating, which I LOVE! *I have never had any issues with mist causing floor or walls to be wet. *I have experienced it stop putting out mist a couple of times, but only if it needed cleaning or refilling. *It is touchy in the sense that you have several pieces to take apart and put back together if you want to thoroughly clean it. I use 2 small paint brushes to get in the nooks and crannies! If you don't pay attention when putting back together and make a mistake, you could have a giant leak (happened once - totally my own fault!). Overall a great humidifier/diffuser for the money. 2 things I would change if I could would be 1. The EO container to allow for multiple different oils (one at a time) without having to keep track of additional wicks and containers and 2. Less peices to make cleaning easier.

Bought two of these humidifiers. THEYRE BEAUTIFUL! I bought the lavender color. One puts out so much mist, when the sun shines in our approx. 500 sq ft livingroom you can see it swirling all over in the air. I wish they were a little less sensitive. I think I mustve overfilled one of them (I have no idea, it just quit working)? Returned to store easily. Next time though, I think I would go for something less pretty and more sturdy.

I got 4 months use out of this item and now it is going in the trash. The bottom seal on the water tank broke and water pours out, so it is unusable. Even when it was working, I still had a few issues with this product. The unit is bulky and parts of it are enclosed making it hard to get to and clean. Black mold was growing on the insides. I have other units and I like them because you can TOTALLY disassemble and get the mold out. This unit also seemed to build up more calcium or hard water deposits on it; maybe because it is a bigger unit and more water goes through it. Using distilled water and then cleaning it once per week with vinegar or other suggestion are probably a must for this big unit. It is a BIG tank which might be good for some people. I just felt like it was way too big and bulky for my bedroom.

I purchased two, one as a gift. Ad states auto shut off, directions says to watch the water level. Used mine once, water evaporated, unit was off when checked but when refilled it never worked again. It states to not add essential oil to water, only diffuser bottle, None was depleted from the diffuser bottle when unit was checked to add the water.. I am returning both units .
