Square LP Gas Fire Pit with Slate Mantel

We love it! Ordered from Walmart after looking at it on many other websites and reviews. It was much less expensive than other sites. Ordered online and had it shipped to store for free. We than picked up at store and put it in the back of my van in one box waiting to be assembled. My husband and I took this up to the cabin, layed out the pieces and assembled in 2 hours. I saw a review that said you could see a video on YouTube that showed how to assemble. OMG that was the best video and time used because it probably saved us 2 extra hours of frustration. Go to YouTube put in Blue Rhino, the model number by uniflame. Best 25 minutes you'll ever spend. The directions are only a few pictures with no words. My husband continues to thank me for finding the video. It has a choice of flame height and also puts out a nice amount of heat for a summer evening in the mountains. I would choose the word cozy, as a description of sitting by it. There is a nice amount of table space around the outside of flame to put a plate and drinks on if you want to entertain around it. The propane bottle sits on a pullout so you can change the bottle easily when needed. It is just what we wanted. If you buy this you won't be disappointed.

Great price for $399 on this fire table! Not too bad to put together...found YouTube instructional video to guide me. Table is HEAVY and sturdy...needs to be on a level surface for doors to close properly. Our back patio is on a slight slope, so had to break out the bubble level and put some wood under one side of the legs to level it out. Many compliments on the look and table is cool to touch with fire going. Cranks out decent heat as well if sitting downwind from flame. Don't hesitate if thinking about pulling the trigger on this table....you won't be disappointed. Did Site-to-Store and needed a frined (and his pickup) to help get as shipping box is HEAVY! Get this tabel with confidence!

We have had the fire pit for two weeks, but so far we are really enjoying it. There was one piece broken when it arrived (the small magnet used to keep the door shut), but we didn't feel like it was worth sending the whole thing back, so we called the manufacturer. They were great to work with and promptly sent a replacement after we faxed them our receipt. Though we haven't had it long enough to speak of it's durability, it seems to be a great product!

We searched a lot of shopping sites to find a fire pit and tended to always be drawn to this fire pit unit. We found it on multiple locations and were thrilled to find it at Walmart for up to $200 less. I found it very easy to assemble in about 2 hours. As other reviews state, I had to drill two holes to make them line up with the connector. This unit is beautiful and a great addition to our yard. I believe it will add to many wonderful evenings in our backyard. I read several reviews that said this was black. Our unit is dark brown, not black. The tile on the top has orange hues and is beautiful. The unit also puts off a nice amount of heat to keep the chill off on a cool spring night. I did need help moving it to the location we wanted it but then found it easy to move around.

This slate fire pit table looks very nice. It comes with a nice propane tank cover to hide the tank under the table from view and a cover for the entire table to keep dirt and water out. It doesn't put out a lot of heat but the flames around the artificial logs are nice. We needed a truck to pick it up at the store and 2 strong people to load it. Be prepared to spend 3 hours putting it together. I would rate the instructions about a 2 out of 10, not very helpful and as usual the made in china stuff doesn't have much quality control, i.e. holes don't line up on different pieces where you are trying to put screws in. This item was priced quite a bit higher on multiple other sites.
