Stamina Avari Easy Glide Rower

We bought this just recently and so far it's been great! Love the adjustable resistance and the easy glide seat! Great product!

It was easy to put together, did it in about 15 minutes. I like how it is a low impact work out on your joints and easy to use. The only thing I have problems with is that the display does not work no matter how long I row for it always says zero and it is not quite long enough for me, other than that I enjoy using it.

I tried a more expensive machine first and had nothing but problems. Afte dealing with the issues and getting parts resolved, the whole maching broke. returned it and got this one. really easy to put togehter and really like it!

The rower does not go far enough forward and the rope stops to short when rowing backwards if you watch a video on YouTube you will understand what I am saying PLEASE do not waste your money I am 52 years old and 5'7" this is a waste of money I don't understand why other people are giving this a good rating also if you paying attention the handle on the rower hits the timer witch fall off all the time so save your money and buy something else thanks John.

I don't have anything to compare this to just because I've never used one before but so far it's been an awesome workout for me! It really targets the mid section, upper body and I really feel it in my arms front and back. I heard rowing is a total body workout and I do agree. This is good workout for someone trying to tone. I've done my research on this sort of workout and it's perfect for someone trying to tone all parts of the body without buying four machines to do the work. Even living in states with winters longer than summer months this is machine is great. I keep this in my kitchen which in my house is the perfect spot. Not a huge item very slim. I can be honest and say I don't feel the burn so much in the legs but they are moving with my body and I know the job is still getting done. In my career my legs are always getting a workout so this could be why I don't feel the burn as much as my upper body. So far I'm still at 200 strides a day. It's begining to get easier and you can set the resistance of the pulley so it's more challenging. Easily assembled which was absolutely perfect! After getting the item in a snow storm then getting in the house which it was light... I was relieved that it was so easy to put together because I was so exhausted as it was after that trip!! (LOL) I give this item so far a thumps up! I'm glad I made the purchase because I was dancing around it for almost a year!
