Overall it's sturdy and was easy to put together. I use it while working at my standing desk. Definitely get a good cardio session in. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend buying it. The only negative I would mention is sometimes it makes a weird noise but it seems to go away. I don't view the different stats as that doesn't matter to me. It stays on how many steps which is fine with me. I can tell I've burned some calories by the sweat I work up after using it. I've had it for a few weeks now and use it about five times a week. I decided to give this a try after going through two motorized walking pads that gave out about a month after using (motor burnt out on both literally a month after use on each one), and a self-propelling treadmill that I couldn't use at all. Definitely much happier with this item.

I got this for Christmas and have used it everyday since. I am 2 years out bilateral knee replacements and 1 year out from a hip replacement. I have back issues and venous insufficiency that keep me from doing the walking that I need for building strength. This is just what I needed to help circulation and build muscle, also I am losing weight!

I love this elliptical trainer. I moved to a very small house from a much larger apartment and couldn't afford the space for my traditional elliptical which saddened me. I was surprised to find that an elliptical existed in such a compact style and after watching videos on youtube decided to purchase it. It didn't take long to get used to taking smaller strides than a standard-sized trainer and I was really surprised at how stable it is and I balanced easily on it no matter which way I twisted my body. I am 5'9" and 179lbs as a reference. When using this I got what I consider important signs it was working: sweat, accelerated heart rate, and sore muscles the next day....also it's fun if you're listening to music and moving your arms about like a maniac on the dance floor. Another great thing, it's super quiet.

I bought this to use under my desk when I'm sitting. While it will work that way, it didn't work for me in that my knees came up so high and I had to sit very differently at my desk, which ended up being uncomfortable all around (ergonomically). What I really like about this machine is that it works great, love the stride counter and that you can increase tension. I will use this standing up. When I have used the machine standing, I believe I get a superior workout--I have to keep my balance, which isn't that hard, but you get a better workout just based on that. So I will keep this in my cubicle at work and use it standing when I need a break from sitting. A co-worker of mine has this machine as well and she used it on Thanksgiving, while she cooked the whole dinner!! The other thing I really like is the quality of this machine based on the good price. I didn't know what to expect--half expected it to be not very sturdy. On the contrary, it is a substantial little elliptical on which I feel safe.

Arrived in timely fashion. Easy to put together. Works great. I did put it on a mat because it slips a little on tile floor. It is so easy to move and store.
