Standardized Turmeric by Nature's Way 60 Tablets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to be able to try the turmeric because of the benefits I have heard about. I could only tell a little difference because this supplement has to be taken three times a day and I don't always remember to take them three times a day. They are a decent size so they are easy to take. There was no aftertaste, and did not cause any stomach upset even when I didn't take with food. If taking supplements three times a day and works for you then I would recommend the turmeric.

If they could make it one a day, and a small oval tablet, I'd prefer that! I liked that these were made with natural ingredients and the bottle thoroughly explains that. I did not see any difference, but I know people who have taken this supplement have, so it could be just me!
