Couldn't find older Arrow stapler so bought this one picking up some T50 Stanley 3/8" staples with it. After using it for a few hours was so mad that I almost through it away. Never shot more than 5 staples without misfiring. Open - close - repeat... FOREVER!!. Found old stapler (Arrow) with different size staples (still 3/8" Arrow brand) worked great. Ran out of staples. Had extra ARROW T50 staples around so decided to give new Stanley stapler one last chance with Arrow T50 staples. Shot easily 1000 staples. NOT ONE misfire. Moral of the story. DON'T BUY STANLEY T50 STAPLES with this gun. The Arrow brand are pointed on the end and perhaps better quality. The Stanley staples are not pointed and will jam. 4 - Stars on stapler until I can prove longevity.

I like this stapler. I tried the cheaper chrome version as well. This stapler was easier to use and has a lifetime warranty. It shoots heavy duty staples or brads. I like that it has a depth adjustment. The handle is comfortable and it is easier to pull than the cheaper unit. It is lightweight but feels solid.

I have an old Stanley stapler that I've had for 20 plus years but it has had its glory days. I bought this one and couldn't believe the new features. Works great and the price was outstanding

Had no problems at all using this gun. Handle is easy to trigger . Used it putting up 40 sq. ft. of ceiling tiles in a bathroom. A little hard to line up at first , but once I got the feel for it, it was smooth sailing! Real light in your hand ,easy to to use! Wire guide will be helpful when putting up lights during the Holidays.
