Step One Queen Platform Bed-Finish:Classic Cherry

Nothing completely lines up on this platform bed. It has very sharp edges so watch out if you are getting out of bed on this one. You will cut your legs. The inside of the bed frame is lacking. the very thin boards that support the bed break if you bend them at all and they aren't quite long enough to reach both ends, so your mattress will fall in between the edge of the bed and go to the floor. The material is some kind of reconstituted wood and the legs and supporting beams all broke within a few months. Now I have piles of garbage wood to get rid of. Super dissapointing.

This bed was some what easy to put together but it doesn't stay together very well. The corners come apart no matter what you do to it. I had to glue most of the screws in because the "pre made" hole was to large for the screws. It's ok, don't think it will fall apart while someone is sleeping on it.

We are creating a zen room for our bedroom in our new house. This was the perfect bed for our theme. It's a beautiful bed and perfect for what we needed it for. :)

it would of been nice for the fed ex guy to have brought the box upstairs as that is why I had it delivered in the first place because I could not get up the stairs my self! Some of the boards were not pre drilled for screws made it a lot harder than it needed to be. One of the boards broke overall it will probably not withstand moving it and stay in one piece.

As advertised, but some of the screw holes are not pre-drilled, so you need a drill. The last step (eight stabilizing screws) is especially difficult to reach with a drill or power screwdriver.
