Step2 Flip & Doodle Toddler Easel and Plastic Kid Art and Craft Desk

I purchased this product for my little artist of a grandchild. It is perfect for what she wants to do and I love that there's little buckets to put crayons markers etc. in you will quite often see her sitting at it as a desk so I think this was a great purchase.

I bought this for my two year old and she loves it. From a child POV, she would probably give it 5 stars. From a parents POV, I gave it 4 stars. Assembly was a lot easier with a drill, because by hand would require a lot more strength. The backside of the easel does not fit 8x10 sheets of paper, or average coloring books. If you have wood floors your child will fall trying to sit down on the stool. I would suggest a play rug/carpet. Overall though, I feel satisfied with my purchase, it's sturdy and serves its purpose.

I wish I had read other reviews first before purchasing this desk. Like others experienced, the desk I received would not assemble. The dry erase board piece would not fit into the base desk because the nubs on the board were too wide. I contacted the manufacturer Step2 about this defect. They were going to send me a new board but then said it would be the same size. They suggested using oil to grease it and apply force to get it in. Seemed like a good way to damage the product and void a return. I returned instead. Total bust.

Bought this for our 3 and 6 year old. They love the easel. Does not come with dry eraser markers or erasers. Drawers come out a little too easily. Good size. Easy for the kids to use.

I ordered this online for my grandchild in a different province and it was delivered in about a week for free. Very convenient! My son tells me that she loved it as much as the bug box it came in (LOL). He also says it seems very sturdy which is important with 3 kids using it. I am very pleased that I found this online.
