I purchased this toy box for my Grandtwins. (boy\girl) I was excited to purchase this item. It was very reasonably priced. I know from raising 6 children that Step2 is a very reliable durable product. I bought it for Christmas to hold all the toys granny has purchased for them. And to consolidate all the other toys that they have in baskets. I think this will be a wise buy. I am a childcare provider and of course I am looking for safety features for young toddlers. I love the fact that there is no top, and less worry about a lid closing on a child or a finger getting smashed. The rounded smooth edges. Allows for the child to be independent in putting away toys. Adult supervision is needed with most children. I'm not concerned with moving to a new location, I will keep it stationary. This is perfect. Will know more after Christmas morning. For the price I'm sure it will be perfect! Not looking for higher price. I can spend the extra money on adding toys or PJ's and most importantly books.
