Step2 Naturally Playful Summertime Play Center

Our grandson LOVES to be outside and was delighted with this sandbox. Ordered Site To Store and the product arrived promptly and in good condition. This sandbox is lightweight and very easy to put together. Large enough for two or three toddlers to play in. The table and bench are shaded by the umbrella, perfect for kids meals outside or poolside if they are wet. The umbrella, table and bench fit inside the sandbox for moving (after the sand is removed of course). Cover is great for keeping out rain and pets.

I purchased this play center only a month ago for my two year old who loves it. We presently have play sand in it and the cover keeps the cat out of the sand. We do have ties on the cover to keep it tight, it might blow off if not tied or weighted down.

Our three year-old son was given this sandbox as a birthday present and loves it. It was easy to put together and looks just like the image on the computer. The only thing we were surprised about was that there isn't a way to secure the box lid to the box. The lid isn't very sturdy so if there is a good wind the lid will slide off. We are using two bricks to keep it secure when we aren't using it. Otherwise, we love it!

I expected more from this product. The cover does not fit the sandbox. It does not even snap on the sandbox. It is so cheap and flimsy. For the money I paid I expected everthing to be up to par. The table and bench are pretty close to each other(barely any room in between for legs) and are way low to the ground, so it is truly for a toddler and infant. My 8 year old can forget about seating there watching his 2yr old brother play. One good thing is the sandbox is big enough for my 2yr old and 5yr old(she is small for her age) to sit in it and enjoy it. So if you are going to purchase this item, try to get it on sale, make sure you have something to tie the cover down and make sure you or an older sibling is not planning on sitting at the table.

We recently purchased this sandbox for our 2 year old daughter. It's the perfect size for her and her toys. She can easily climb in and out of it by herself. The table is just the right height for her. The umbrella provides ample shade. I was disappointed with the flimsy lid to the sandbox. While it covers the sandbox, it is very lightweight, there is no way to secure the lid to prevent it from blowing away. We have to weight it down when we close it up for the night. Our little girl absolutely loves it. Overall I think it is a good buy.
