Sterilite 18 Gallon Tote Plastic, Blue Morpho

These are great boxes and they pile up beautifully. It would be wonderful, however, if they could be available in all sorts of plain solid colors all year around such as: - Solid orange for Halloween decorations - Solid red for Christmas - Solid green for Summer games - Solid blue for plastic plates, glasses etc.... picnic stuff - Solid brown for garden stuff: flower pots, etc... etc... - Solid grey (most unattractive) for the next garage sale. .... making sure also that, when asked, the stores can confirm the correct color they are holding - ..... went to 4 different stores last November to obtain Orange Totes to store all the Halloween stuff - They confirmed they had them, but when arriving there they only had Grey ones. Perhaps a clear color code should be specified? Very much hoping that nice Orange ones will come out again in September! THANK YOU. MDL.

I have been a long time purchaser of these 18 gallon totes. I'd say I own about 200 plus. I decided to purchase them and use them when I moved instead of using cardboard boxes. I figured they would always come in handy for whatever reason. I was a good investment. The prices were decent and the quality...oh man the quality USED to be AWESOME. I mean I still have the older style bins that I purchased back in 1995. They've been through storms.. snow.. outdoor sun and exposure... cross country moves and storage ins and out and about 5 other moves that I can think of now... and STILL are going very strong... BUT these newer version of 18 gal totes are flimsy... weak... break easily and have yet to prove your business worthy any more. Extremely disappointed in who ever decided that making more money meant lowering your quality.

I have everything in my barn/garage organized with multiple types of Sterilite containers. Seasonal items, wrapping paper, tools, dishes, toys, and just about every other household item that we use occasionally. These containers range from 10 years old to recently purchased. We couldn't be more pleased with the flexibility and protection from the elements that Sterilite provides.

My husband has a recycling business and stores parts in these totes. He won't allow me to buy any other brand because they break too easily. I use them to store everything I put in the attic. An added feature, they disguise presents when you need a hiding spot.

I work with young children with Autism in their homes as a behavior therapist. With the type of work I do, I have to have lots of fun things to play with, program materials, and work books for all the staff that work with each child. I bring one of these totes to each child I work with to keep all these things in for the duration I work with them. I couldn't live without them! They're the perfect size, families don't mind them in their houses because they're not TOO bulky, and it keeps everything organize as well as keeps the kiddos out until I am there to open up the "box of fun" ;) You never know the difference you make in the lives of familiies, but I assure you, it has a big impact!
