Instructions came on a 3x4 piece of paper: small photos and tiny instructions (used a magnifier to read). For cost of item, company could provide at least 5 x 8 in. paper with larger font on written instructions. EXTREMELY challenging to put together; one panel was obviously not calibered correctly and made sliding on connecting panels extremely difficult. Personally, I had dinner and watched TV for two hours before resuming assembly. Finally took a chance and hammered unaligned short panel in place. You might want someone to assist you in aligning the panels; sliding them is hard on arthritic hands/fingers. Holds paper as described; sturdy; stands alone without other support. Would like to have another one, BUT for the almost $30.00 price paid the holder should come assembled. Sturdiness and use: rate 5 Assembling/instructions: rate 1.

great storage option for storing paper vertical. so much easier than laying my paper down. I use 8.5 x 11 paper this thing holds it great, it holds up to 12 x 12 scrap book paper too. you have to put it together a little hard, but you can do it. it can be stored 2 different ways and I love mine probably will order another

For me, it was hard to put together, I have weak hands. I ended up rubbing a very little olive oil along the bottom of each slide-in with my finger. That worked. Other than that I'm happy with it.

I have two of them now that I use for my 12 X 12 inch scrapbook paper. I love that it keeps all the paper standing up so I can see quickly and easily everything I have.

The product was not as difficult to put together as other reviews indicate. The key is to have to have a second person help you and everything slides together very easily. I can see it would be hard to put together alone
