StorkCraft Belmont the Wooden Rocking Horse

Bought this online as a Christmas present for my 1 year old daughter. The horse I received had different color mane & tail than the picture, but it matched the wood, so it wasn't a big deal. The rocking horse was easy to assemble, and got a big smile out of my little girl. Four months later, she still loves to climb up on it and rock. This product is well worth the $40 that I paid for it. It's classic style and solid construction let me know that I'll be holding on to it for my next little one.

My 18 mo old got this for Christmas and loves it! She plays with it every day. The only problem is it is starting to wear out already (not yet April). I have to tighten the screws every few days now, because the head becomes loose and scratches the seat. My husband is going to try to replace it with a longer screw...

I got this for my son for Chirstmas! He is 15 months and loves it! I also love look of it. It was really easy to put together. Although just so you know the mane and tail are just about the same color as the wood. It is not light like the picture shows. I think it looks better with the darker color anyway! Love that is somehting that will last a long time.

This rocking horse was too cute to pass up. It arrived exactly as described with all of the peices and hardware. It took me maybe 20 or 30 minutes to assemble it (6 months pregnant). It is beautiful and solid wood. Putting together the base was the trickiest part, but once that was together, it was a breeze!

My 16 month old daughter loved this gift! It was the first thing she ran to on Christmas morning :-) VERY well constructed, however the assembly directions were a tad confusing. I was able to figure it out though. The hair is darker, more like a dark brownish, but I was expecting that from reading previous reviews. I'm hoping it is something she'll be able to keep for years to come, so she can pass it on to her little ones! :-)
