Storkcraft - Heather Stages 4-in-1 Crib, Oak

The crib is very pretty, but there was some difficulty with the side panels not chipping. When having to put the side panels together the wanescotting panels kept wanting to chips at the top and bottom. Also, putting a bumper pad on the crib is difficult due to the middle panel on the headboard of the crib. There isn't anywhere to tie the pad to. Other than that i am please with the out come. Just be careful when assembling and it should turn out good.

This crib is WONDERFUL!!! I had a problem with other popular stores, with their delivery, their cribs came broken to me twice! Wal-marts crib came PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL the FIRST TIME, it was also lots of fun to put together!!! I really feel safe placeing my daughter in this crib!! I recommend all mothers to get this crib and get it from Wal-mart!!! THANK YOU!!

i read other reviews on this site before i decided to buy this product .so whatever i didnt like ,others had talked about so i was not shocked. i have not used it yet as i am 36 weeks pregnant but i put togethre and i love it. a little too dark than i expected and the lower drawer,like others said .........seems flimsy,the measuremants were off so we could not even put it together.other than that,its worth it for the money.i still smile smugly when i see the more expensive cribs in that ''r'' store.........

We purchased this crib online and of course it was taken out of the packaging with 3 splits in the stationary back rail. We contacted Stork Craft and they stated they would have a new part to us in 7-10 days. It has been 2 and a half months with no part. I emailed them repeatidly and tried to call their 1 800 #, only to be left on hold for 20 + minutes and no reply to my emails. We finally packed the entire crib, still in pieces, up and returned it to Walmart. I will never purchase anything from Stork Craft again. The customer service was HORRIBLE!! Please heed my advice.

Even though I have yet to use the crib I absolutely love it. It matches the wood in the bedroom perfectly and it is incredibly easy to drop the side on it with just one hand and one foot. My only negative points on the crib are that it was damaged on the back when we got it (dents) and the trundle drawer was a little confusing to put together ( at least to us) The other thing is the mattress support board seems a little flimsy and bows a lot just under the weight of the mattress.
