Did not receive the order/service. Walmart refused to fix. Referring us to straight talk is also unsat as they never fix the issue. Will never buy the 45 card again. Lost a total of 90 dollars which walmart would not fix. Unsat! Looking at moving my business elsewhere
I've been using the Straight Talk $45 Silver Unlimited plan for a while now, and it's been a great experience. The "unlimited" talk, text, and data is exactly what I need, and the 10GB of hotspot data is a lifesaver for when I'm on the go. The service has been consistently reliable, and I get great coverage wherever I am. What truly sets this plan apart is the immense convenience of topping up at Walmart. It's so easy—I just add the plan to my cart and enter my mobile number at checkout. The value is instantly added to my phone without having to fuss with card, code, calling support... Thank you for that last one! For anyone looking for a reliable, no-frills, and affordable phone plan with the added bonus of incredibly easy re-up service, the Straight Talk $45 Silver Unlimited is the way to go. Five stars!
Walmart did not put this card on my email. Nor did the try to correct their mistake. I never received my straight talk card. So I was out 51 dollars. And had to purchase another one. I called customer service and.they were supposed to make things right and never did. This was on June 27th 2025. Do not order anything like this from them.
Wal-mart's e-delivery service is atrocious. My straight talk refill is still stuck in limbo and I can't refund or cancel it. I called straight talk to get another refill and they sold it to me for cheaper and it was effective within five minutes. . Stop selling these cards through e-delivery until this gets worked out, PLEASE
My phone suddenly wasn't. connected to the network anymore. I'm on auto-refill, so I figured that couldn't be the issue. I had been geting a message for about a month (?), sating I needed a SIM card. I had no clue what that meant, so I tried going to the ST tips. After trying MANY troubleshooting tips, I decided to purchase an online refill card to see if that did anything. My Bronze plan wasn't listed anywhere in Walmart ST online cards. I couldn't understand that, as I get Bronze automatically filled by ST monthly. So I purchased this card anyway because I was desperate and it was the closest card to my regular plan offered online. I followed the normal instructions and I was able to get service sgain for the rest of the evening, about 4 hrs. I tried to text the next morning, and it wasn't working again! I was on the phone for hours, really, hours %26 3 "chat" techs. But nothing. I finally went to Walmart where I've purchased ST phones and services since '09. He tried, but nothing. A MESSAGE TO WALMART: Get your Electronic staff an assistant! There were 2 men there. One was very engaged and helping a long line of customers. The other stood at the next til and made sure to avoid any contact. Eye contact, verbal interactions, and stayed away from his till. I started to walk toward him and he turned and walked away, vety strange. Then he disappeared behind an isle. I noticed he did this when several other customers walked up to the counter. He did help one guy who had a ouple of friends with him, but that was it. Other than that one customer, whenever someone did get him to stop, each time he pointed to the busy guy helping those of us in an already long line. There were 7 of us at one point. By that time people looked at the line and aused, but nevitably walked away. Two more from our line walked away. Three of us waited and the one working clerk started multi-tasking. He is the type of employee Walmart should reward! He was on the phone checking in, checked my sim card and did more troubleshooting-we found out he had been a tech for ST! Not much longer and another customer stepped forward and started chipping in, so did the customer waiting for ST to get back online with the one working Tech. That was a good feeling. Even when a staff person deserts customers and fellow employees, others will step in and try to help! it was interesting that the non-working clerk started watching his coworker, who finally asked him if he had a (?) to open the sim slot with. Wow, He did! Of course, now that no one is asking for help he's happy to stand by watching! Now, one question for Walmart. The non-working staff person said he couldn't help (with or in?) the tech dept, phones, accessories, whatever else (he did check out a big TV someone brought over to purchase) because he worked for a different company? I asked if he meant he didn't work for Walmart. His back to me (I couldn't hear him) he said another company's name, and "no."
