Straight Talk Alcatel Pixi Charm Prepaid Smartphone with Bonus $45 Unlimited Plan

Don't waste your time buying this phone.

This phone has very poor coverage. I wish I would have known what tower service it was on before I bought it because I would not have bought it.

All in All good phone works good haven't had a problem with it.

This phone is ok for texting, sometimes. It does not connect to the web without wifi. I talked with straight talk several times about this phone. Only to be told that this phone does not have 4g lte coverage and it states it does. My son also has this phone and lives across town from me and his phone searches for network probably 60% of the time if not more. I am not able to get picture messages sometimes, even with the new sim card they sent to me. I had to call and discuss with them about the free service plan that comes with this phone. They kept asking for the pin number, which we do not have because it doesn't come with the card. They finally put the service plan on the phone. When I talked to them today they said they would send a new phone but I'd have to send my phone in first. I need my phone for work and I cannot send my phone in without having another one to go to first. I would not recommend this phone to anyone without telling them to make sure they have T-Mobile coverage i their area.

Setup was quick and easy. Great vivid screen with excellent sound and apps. The Alcatel Pixi Charm smartphone is a phone that exceeded the expectations of this 80 year old senior citizen. I read some of the other reviews which had some negative comments such as difficult to set up and trouble with $45 PREPAID included plan. I can truly say that I had no difficulty whatsoever with activating the phone and included plan follow the SIMPLE directions and its done. As a matter of fact, I was completely surprised as to how EXTREMELY EASY the activation of this smartphone was. Get one and you will be as delighted as my spouse is with her new Alcatel Pixi Charm smartphone.
