phone keeps shutting off. I guess you get what you pay for.

Would not recommend this product for the use by an Adult.

I bought this phone a month ago and really wanted to love it. I have had nothing but trouble with it. I had a Straight talk LG flip phone for 8 years that ran off of Verizon towers and I always had service and loved it. This phone runs off of AT@T, which I was told would work even better in my area. I have no service at my home. If I make a phone call I can barely hear the person on the other end even with the volume at the max. I have to turn on speaker phone to hear the other person and I cannot do that as when I place a call the screen goes black and will not come up again so that I can turn on the speaker phone or even end the call! I have the unlimited nationwide call, text, and data. I had to go out of town shortly after buying this phone and once I was 40 miles from home had no mobile data, no GPS, nothing! I sent my family text messages that they did not receive until I was on my way back home a week later and hit 40 miles from home and the messages went through to them. For the whole trip it told me I was in a town 40 miles from my house and would only tell me the weather there, not where I actually was. So now I have a phone that does not work at my home, a GPS that only works in my county, mobile data that only works in my county, but I am paying for Nationwide service. I guess that is how Straight talk gets you on the unlimited plan, it means unlimited nationwide as long as you do not leave your county you live in. I need a phone with Verizon service again. AT@T is terrible and this phone is a piece of junk. Looks like after many years of being a Straight talk customer I will be switching to Verizon no contract cell phone service.

Bought this phone an I can't pick up service in my home can't make or receive calls or texts inside my house called straight talk to see why they told me I bought a horrible phone!!!! And that i wasted my money. Unbelievable.
