I bought this phone twice, once for myself and one for one of my family member a week later. I am very satisfied with this phone. Main reason I chose this phone: 5.5" screen for ONLY aprox $40. (you will never find a deal like this again.) Reason 2: the StraightTalk $45 plan of Unlimted data with 5G of data, then 2G afterwards for the month. Best prepaid, beats the US Cellular phone plan of $35 with only 500mb then 1x afterwards. I also wanted to say I like the speed on this thing. Its very fast. I wish StraightTalk would allow me to disable more apps though. I could not disable a few apps I really wanted to disable even if it affects the phone and message usage. I want to be able to disable every app on the phone. I think Tracfone was the only company to let you do this. I was able to disable most of google and was able to get my Amazon Underground app running perfect. Amazon Video and Opera Browser on it. I am very very pleased that the music played better then most phones but would still use a bluetooth speaker. I was very pleased with the Video Quality, Very nice HD (main reason I bought the second one for my family member.) This phone is the best phone I have bought to date. It functions 100% , looks really nice (back cover is very nice looking with texture to it, will not have to buy a cover for it), HD videos, Great sound. Might even buy a few more NOW at this PRICE for replacement phones in future. Thank you, was well worth the risk, and it has now paid off for me!

Problems all the time.

I purchased my Huawei Raven on 4/12/2016 it worked great at the beginning and I loved up until last week when I started having issues. First it started out people not being able to hear me, then texts not sending, not receiving texts, apps not shutting down when I shut them down, and now battery wont hold hold a charge. I talked to Straight Talk this morning and they had me do a few different things, The last thing we had done was taking it back to factory settings and it still is not working correctly. I cannot afford to purchase another phone when I paid $198 tax included. Straight Talk did not offer any other options. I have been with this company for many years now I believe its time to start looking for another carrier that will replace cell phones with new phones at equal value at no cost when there is major issues like this with the phone.

I sent an email to you. I don't want to down grade this phone publicly yet. It started out amazing and I was glad i decided to spend that much....... Untill the operating system updates came pouring in..... Ill be expecting your response. Thanks Brad
