Perfect phone for kids. We do pay-as-you-go as they communicate with kids via other means and don't have a monthly charge. However, I was adding minutes via the Internet like I always do, but only this time switched phones with kids when I noticed the double minutes didn't go thru on phone. After a Customer Service call to Tracfone, apparently this model phone no longer accepts double minutes. When I said why wasn't I notified of such, I said you were okay taking my money the past two times. No refund solution available. Agent asked for my credit card to add minutes for me, I said why so I can pay again for something I won't get. I'm on to the Supervisor level now.
