Ordered this for my mom to replace her current broken prepaid phone. The one I really wanted to get her was out of stock, which is why I only gave this review 4 stars. She loves nothing but Straight Talk and I wanted to get her something that would perform great and fit under my budget. Given the reviews, this one seemed like a perfect choice. I really love that I was able to get the free pickup on the order and mom had absolutely no problem getting her phone. So far, she loves the phone and I'm glad that I purchased the warranty, just in case she experiences any problems. Overall, mom and I are happy with the purchase!!!!!

My husband and each bought this phone last year. I love the phone and it has worked well for the price we paid. The battery drains fast with WIFI or Bluetooth turned on. Have had not real trouble except the battery. Voice clarity is great, internet is fast, it's easy to use and coverage is great. Recently the battery will not keep a charge. it goes dead within 4 hours without anything running. I have trouble finding a replacement battery for it. My husband hasn't had any trouble with his. Overall for the price I think it is a great deal. Next time I purchase a phone I will make sure I get an extra battery.

This is a decent phone for the price. In our area cell service is spotty even with a more expensive phone.

My husband got this phone and I fell in love with it! I had the LG Optimus Dynamic and it was a great phone but after over a year of hard use (many drops, sweaty pockets, etc) it was starting to have problems. I ordered the LG Access and loved it! After about 3 or 4 months it started having issues. Having previously worked for Wal mart in the electronics dept. and working for Tmobile before that I pretty much knew what to do. So I did everything I could think to do, still had problems. I still loved the phone so I ordered another one. I have had this one since late January 2016 and am already having issues, the battery won't hold a charge, the upper right hand area of the phone gets so hot it is uncomfortable to hold or have in my pocket. Still, my husband and mother both have this phone and have no problems. Go figure. I don't know whether to try again or get a different phone.......I just know I need a phone!

This phone is pretty nice considering that it's an inexpensive one. I was skeptical about purchasing it at first because it works off of AT&T towers and my old phone, also an LG, worked off of Verizon towers. I wasn't sure I would get as good a reception from this new LG. But so far so good. I like everything about it, especially the 4G. I've only had it a few days, but so far, so good.
