I've had this phone since mid 2015 and it has served me well. Since I'm retired, I use it primarily for voice calls. In my mind, texting is a step backward and the only time I browse the Web on a phone is when I'm killing time while stuck in a customer lounge or some other waiting room. However, if you're into texting and surfing, this inexpensive Android phone will not disappoint. After all, Android is Android. Pro's: Small enough for my shirt pocket; pairs easily with Bluetooth devices (vehicles. etc.); screen rotates; price. Con's: No camera flash; no speaker-phone (that I can find), and after 2 years, the battery life between charges isn't what it used to be. If you're not into the latest high-buck bells and whistles, go for it. If it goes south on you, you'll not be out much.

I got this phone in June of 2015. I have had to factory reset it twice, and am going to have to again. For some reason it will decide one day that the Google app does not want to work, and will pop every 2-3 seconds to tell you so. It is hard to do anything with that popping up. I also have had people tell me they dont want me to call them from my phone because of the constant buzzing in the background. I have one game and 5 other apps that I have added. The phone keeps telling me that I do not have enough memory to download anymore. When you have two small kids, and travel allot this is not good. I also have noticed that my phone keeps getting slower, and slower. I thought I had somehow used more data than I normally do( I have never got close in the past). But now when I am opening apps, and trying to check my email it keeps saying that it has timed out. I also only use my phone maybe 2 hours a day, but am having to charge it a couple times a day.My other LG phones I could use a couple of days.I have loved LG in the past, but am thinking of getting a Samsung, or I phone. I work away from home allot, and need a reliable phone, in case my kids have an emergency.

This phone=not so great. I have had it for 7 months now. The camera freezes on me if I put it down my pants pocket for a minute. That is a severe disappointment due to buying the phone for the specific purpose of using the camera and putting it down my pants pockets! Its so disappointing to me. Another thing, do not take the phone into a latrine or head with you. In the head is no good. The phone gets any moisture near it and your pants pictures are gone forever..what a shame!

This the second $30 LG phone my husband has purchased that has been a bad purchase. The first was an Optimus Fuel, which was a good phone but just completely became a brick after a few months of light use and good care. The LG Sunrise was bought because WalMart no longer stocked the Fuel, and he thought it was an equivalent. First off the Fuel is a CDMA (Verizon) phone, the Sunrise is a GSM (AT&T). It is a nightmare to port an account from one to another, and it took over a week of daily customer service calls to be able to receive calls after switching phones. Secondly, the Sunrise has a very poor display that is larger than the Fuel, but when viewed at any angle other than straight on, it loses quality. Third, the screen seems to be over sensitive and it is really hard to select what you need, even with a stylus. Other problems include significant lagging when jumping between screens, and unexpected app crashes, apps starting on their own (excessive butt dialing because of this). LG has shown that they cannot make a quality product at a great value, and my husband will not buy another LG phone for a long while.

I love all the little gadgets on that the voice text and I live way up in the mountains my other phone wouldn't get a signal this one gets every bar and it's great and the battery lasted . I would highly recommend this I'm very happy with mine thank you
