Straight Talk Samsung Galaxy Precedent Android Prepaid Camera Phone with Bonus Gel Skin

So I have had this phone for 7 months. It has met all my expectations. I love the apps. It does take very good pictures which u can instantly load on to Facebook. Sure it does has its quirks and the battery will die fast if u use it constantly .. which I do. I have the APP Killer & Juice defender to save my battery. I suggest them both, but make sure to UNCHECK the Juice Killer so the APP Killer doesn't shut the app down. Like all phones, it does lock up and u have to shut it off for a second and turn it back on.. no biggie. The down side is it is on the SPRINT NETWORK so if you don't have Sprint towers, don't get it. I live in Tallahassee, Florida and my service is OK.. I have NO service if I drive 35 miles north to my parents. Also, NO SERVICE on this phone once u get past Crawfordville, FL .. so if your heading to St. George Island .. find another phone.. You'll be in a dead zone the entire time (which may actually be good if you're trying to get away from all electronic devices). This phone would be excellent if it was on Verizon Network.

when i was looking around for a new phone i entered my zip code and it told me this phone would not work in my area. i wanted a touch screen and this one was the only one my store had so i went ahead and got it thinking it wouldnt work that well in my location. i have had the phone for about a week now and it is doing fine. i have only had one call dropped and i think that is really good considering it wasnt even suppose to work in my area. switching to this phone is going to save me so much money a month. i would def recommend this phone!!!

I have not complaints at all. I love this phone, I went from a simple contract phone to this straight talk phone and I haven't had any issues with it at all. The only down side is when your bat. gets low the apps work slowly but that is to be expected. Love it!!!!!! love it!!!!!!! love it!!!!!!

I didn't really get a chance to experience the phone, but I have been with Straight Talk for a while and had (ALMOST) no problems up until I purchased this phone. Although I get good service at home and in my neighborhood, this android phone didn't get ANY service within a two mile radius of my home. I had to return and go back to my old phone...bummer. But it seemed like it would have been a nice little phone and if you live somewhere that gets excellent service from most phone companies, it may just be the perfect starter android phone for you!

i love this phone i have had it for a few weeks and it has froze like twice.....but i just locked it and unlocked it and it was fine. it may have been better if you could turn off the swipe but besides that its like heaven.... the price was a little iffy but its ohk.
