Straight Talk St Zte Z768g P5 Midnight

I talked with Straight talk help desk continually for 4 days until finally Help desk suggested that I return the phone and purchase a different phone. Purchasing the ZTE midnight seemed like a good deal but if you cant get it working then its no use.

The Walmart.com website said that this phone could be used in my zip code area. HOWEVER, barely! I have had Straight Talk, in this same area/address for 2 1/2 years and never had a problem with service or signal. With this phone, sitting on my couch, my signal will go from 3 bars down to x without me even moving! And at the end of my driveway, nothing. My internet connection is horrible as well. It took me 1/2 hour to send 1 email!! And I have never had worse customer service from any company, let alone Straight Talk since I got this phone! VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!

Not sastisfyed with it straight talk giving mr a run around thay keep saying my sim card isnt the right one for this phone thay wont program it thay keeping saying its not programed for my area so i am not happy with this phone and straight talk co i had it for a week and thay still wont program it for me

I would love to write a review of this product but that isn't possible. The Walmart website said this phone could be used in my area and I ordered it for my husband for Father's Day, when I tried to activate it Straightalk said it couldn't use it in my zipcode. Had to return it and find my husband another gift, completely unsatisfied.

For a reconditioned product everything seems to be functioning properly someone took the time to assure it was a quality job.
