I would not recommend this phone to my worst enemy. This is the spirit excuse for a cellphone(and customer service) that I have ever seen. I could go on and on about the problems that I've had with this so called phone, but let me just list a few of the major ones: 1.Phone overheats. 2.Loose charger connecter. 3. Extremely low storage space. 3. Touch screen extremely slow. 4. Phone will often leave website and pickup something totally different on it own. 5. Very,very, very poor customer service. 6.Phone will go completely crazy and you have to remove the battery to stop it. 7.Poor battery life. I can't wait to be rid of this piece of junk and straight talk should recall them all,but of course they won't. I will never use this product again and will tell anyone who will listen how sorry it is. I would have given it a lower rating than poor if I could.
