Straight Talk ZTE Savvy Z750C STZEZ750CPWP 4GB Black Prepaid Smartphone

I bought this phone for my mother in March. In July it started having issues where she cannot be heard on phone calls; however she can text. I had also purchased the protection plan to ensure my mother would not be without a phone should there be a problem. I called Straight Talk on July 23rd to report the issue with her not being able to be heard on phone calls and was told a replacement phone would be sent with instructions for returning the defective phone. After not receiving anything from them I called again on August 14th. Still no replacement. I called again today (8/27) and was told a box was being sent for her to return the defective phone and she will be with nothing for at least 2 weeks. Because it is a manufacturer problem, the protection plan does not cover the issue. I would not recommend this phone or Straight Talk to anyone! I wish I could give zero stars.

When I first purchased this phone, it was wonderful. Then I started noticing I had trouble with text messaging. I couldn't receive picture messages at times. I've had this phone for about 3 months now. Currently, I can't send picture messages and my 3G internet is not working at all. (The only time I can get service is when I have WIFI available.) Sure, it is a very durable phone, but I'm not at all happy with my Savvy now. I chatted with customer service, but their "help" wasn't helpful at all. I feel like I wasted my money on this phone. Also, when I pick up my calls, at times the person who calls me says I sound like a robot. So, sound quality isn't that great either.

works fine, no issues with battery. Thi sis my first actual smartphone, as such it took some getting used to to navigate through options for setting it up to suit my needs. Not a big fan of apps so am only using a few. But so far this phone has met my expectations just fine. Definitely glad i bought this phone. I did buy a case for it and that has made a big difference in handling it.

Take the time to do your research! No front camera. Plenty of bloat-wear. The battery does well the first few days, but after the first week or so it starts to drain quickly. It's notorious for resetting itself which is HIGHLY inconvenient. Call quality seems to be horrible in some spots. I use a headset, and have trouble with words breaking up on occasion. May be worth it to get a different phone in the 150-200 range. Not to mention when I had went to pick it up in store, the employee did NOT scan it at the register. When I went to activate it, I was accused of stealing the phone I just paid 130 for. Emailed walmart about it and no response after about 2 weeks, so overall I'm very disappointed in my investment.

I love this phone. we had a little hiccup in the beginning getting the auto screen tilt to work but after a little trip to walmart and the help from a wonderful and dedicated employee we got it all set. The battery life is great I highly recommend it
