Our milk is certified organic, which means our cows are fed only naturally grown feed such as corn and grain, and graze on open pastures free from synthetic pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers. And our cows are never given growth hormones or antibiotics. So when you drink our milk, you're also doing something good for the environment! Tips for a Healthy Lifestyle. Thank you for making Stremicks Organic Milk an important part of your family's nutritious diet. Here are a few simple tips that will help you and your family enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle: Drink Milk. Drink 1 or more glasses of milk each day. Eat Balanced Meals. Use smaller plates to control portion size. Make half your plate fruits and vegetables. Make half your grains whole grains. Limit sweets and salt.
