The texture is rich but absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy residue. It instantly hydrates the delicate skin around my eyes and makes it feel smoother and more refreshed. I've noticed less puffiness in the mornings and a subtle firming effect over time. The balm also works well under makeup, which is a big plus. It has a little tab to cover up the eye cream because I just get what I need from the little tab and I like that you don't have to use a whole lot of it now effective it does keep the skin around my eyes, nice and hydrated all day long. I've been putting it on in the morning and at night I personally have not noticed a difference, but maybe I have to be using it longer than a couple of weeks. I will update my review later.
