Suave Advanced Therapy Body Lotion, 18 oz

I have to echo other reviewers when they say the new formula is bad. This was my go-to lotion for many years, but now my hands feel drier than ever. My husband and I thought we both had a skin condition, even the webbing between our fingers were so dry they were cracking. I compared the ingredients with an older bottle and saw that they had changed. Used a different brand of lotion and our hands feel so much better. I hope they go back to their old formula some day, but until then we just can't use it.

I loved this lotion. Loved as in I'm the type of person who needs to put lotion on my hands after washing them because I don't like the feeling after. Every. Single. Time, and I've used this for at least 10 years. I'd buy cases of this lotion because it was the only one I used. About 2 weeks ago it was time to buy more... It wasn't right, didn't feel or smell right, so I bought more. Now I'm sitting on a bunch of lotion that stinks, and feels horrible (to me it feel horrible, but some may like it). Why did you do this?!? Now, after many years, I'm on the hunt for a lotion I like again. I'll still use other suave products, just not this one anymore.

I have used this lotion my whole adult life, it is the lotion that moisturizes my skin, kept it that way until I washed my hands again, and didn't make my hands sticky. I just bought 3 new bottles. As soon as I opened 1, I noticed the smell was different. Then I used it, and my hands turned sticky and tacky, and within a minute (long enough for it to dry), my hands felt dry. It's awful. I thought, well maybe I just somehow got a bad bottle? No. They are all like this! I am so upset. Now I have to find a new lotion, because this does not work. I could have dealt with a new fragrance, but not a whole new formula. You could have at least warned people you used a new formula. Usually it's on the bottle. I just wasted my money on 3 bottles. Please bring back the old formula.

I have used this lotion for years several times daily to treat my dry skin and eczema. It's literally the only thing that has worked for me. As soon as I opened the new bottle I purchased last week I could tell it wasn't my normal lotion. It now leaves my skin feeling dry and not "hydrated". I found Suave's lotion after the previous brand I used (also Unilever) switched their formula. Several years later, Suave has done the same thing. They added in Soja (soybean) oil and several other ingredients. I will probably search around to find the existing bottles still in stores as it's the only thing I have found that works, but I will be returning the product and no longer purchasing it as long as they continue to use cheap filler ingredients.

So angry that you changed the formula. The package says new look, but makes no note of the formula change. However, the ingredients are clearly different, and the different feel and smell of the lotion is obvious as soon as you use it. I loved this lotion and have purchased it for years. Now it is less absorbent, has a stronger fragrance, and leaves my skin sticky and oily feeling. I would have absolutely recommended this lotion. It was perfect. Moisturizing, very light fragrance, super absorbent and absolutely non-greasy. It was amazing. Now at best I can say it is mediocre if looking for a new lotion. If you used it prior to the formula change, as I did, then you are going to be very disappointed. Also your smart label is obviously not up to date. Below are the different labels/ingredient list.
