I love these. works great!!! If you wear tennis shoes size similar to 10/11 woman's wide then they'll fit. the trick is to take your shoe off and put the tip of the track over the rubber tip of your shoe. Then stretch and pull down and make adjustments from there. PS .If you have dogs at home that like to chew. and you're constantly going to removing it on and off your shoe then keep them up. because they're not "Dog" proof.

i HAVE WANTED A PAIR OF THESE FOR YEARS. THEY ARRIVED BEFORE OUR NEXT STORM. WHEN THE WEATHER ARRIVED I WAS PREPARED. WRONG. THE ICE CLEATS WOULD NOT STAY ON MY BOOTS. I TRIED EVERY WHICH WAY TO GET THEM TO STAY ON TO NO AVAIL. SUPER MAD.
